Balans is a free tool for splitting players into balanced teams. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.

The service

Balans runs entirely in your browser. It is provided free of charge, with no account and no sign-up. There is no server that stores your data — see the Privacy Policy.

Provided “as is”

Balans is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Team suggestions are a starting point, not a guarantee of a perfectly even match. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.

Your data is yours

The player names and setups you enter belong to you. They are stored only on your device and in the links you choose to share. You are responsible for the content you enter and for who you share your links with.

Acceptable use

Use Balans for organising friendly teams. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, misuse it to harass others, or use it unlawfully.

Advertising

Balans may display third-party advertising to remain free. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; see the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Not affiliated

Balans is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league or governing body.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
